What information do I need to provide?

How quickly can I get access?
For Core and Scale blocks, typical provisioning is 3-7 business days after contract signing and payment. Power block deployments may take longer depending on configuration complexity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We invoice in GBP with payment via bank transfer. Payment terms are specified in your contract, typically payment in advance for the commitment period.
Can I change my allocation later?
Yes, capacity can be scaled up or down at contract renewal or by mutual agreement. We'll work with you to adjust capacity as your needs change.
What's the minimum commitment?
Core block: 3 months. Scale block: 6 months. Power block: 12 months. Longer commitments may qualify for preferential pricing.
Do you offer trials or proof of concept?
We don't offer free trials, but we can discuss short-term arrangements for proof of concept work. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
