No setup fees. The monthly price covers everything including initial provisioning and environment configuration.
How is billing handled?
We invoice monthly in advance via bank transfer. Payment terms are specified in your contract, typically net 14 or net 30.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference for the current billing period and adjust future invoices.
What currency do you invoice in?
